SinansysCompany
Built by operators who have had to make the call.
Sinansys began inside a working metals business, built to answer a question we kept facing: when conditions change, which decision matters now, and how long do we still have to make it?
Founder
Experience on both sides of the decision.
Stan has spent 25 years trading physical commodities across Asia, North America and Europe. That operating experience shapes Sinansys.
Stan Chen
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Stan is President of United Metal Recycling, a Class-A permitted facility in New Jersey, and previously built United Metal Exports, an international scrap trading business serving buyers across Asia, North America and Europe.
His experience covers managing cross-border commodity flows, freight logistics, trade documentation, price exposure and delivery commitments across the same corridors and geopolitical risks that shape the world's largest supply chains. In the first weeks of COVID, when normal channels could not move fast enough, he used supplier relationships built over decades to source N95 masks overseas, clear customs and put them in the hands of New York healthcare workers within ten days.

Why we built it
The masks existed. The channel had stopped working at the speed the situation required.
During COVID, the channels that normally supplied N95 masks to New York hospitals had not disappeared. Everyone could see the shortage. Far fewer people knew which suppliers were still producing, which routes were still open, and how quickly those choices were narrowing.
The problem was not a lack of information. It was knowing what was still possible, and for how long.
The same pattern shows up in less visible ways across international trade every week. A tariff changes. A port congests. A mine loses power. A supplier starts to show financial stress. The signal is usually available somewhere. What is missing is the connection between that signal, what it means for one particular business, and when that business needs to act.
We built Sinansys to make that connection. The work grew out of RecycleGO, founded in 2016 to bring better traceability and intelligence to physical supply chains. Sinansys became a separate subsidiary in 2025 so the work could focus on decision intelligence and resilience.
It ran in our own metals operation first, where a wrong call on inventory or copper exposure has an immediate financial consequence. The platform models how a business operates, identifies the signals that could change its results, and shows which responses are still open.
A ranked set of decisions with deadlines and financial context. Not another stream of alerts.

Bring us a decision your team cannot afford to make late.
We will prepare a first-pass view of the signals, constraints and decision window before the meeting. If Sinansys does not fit your operation, we will tell you in that session.
